Our services range from one-hour phone consultation to a 14-hour, in-home overnight stay. Each bundle has different inclusions and price points to suit your situation and circumstance and are suitable for newborns to 5-year-olds.
Following your consultation, you will be asked to complete an intake form. This information allows us to better understand and appreciate your situation and make the most suitable recommendations in your personalised sleep plan.

To help you find the most suitable service for your family, we provide free 15-minute phone consultations for new customers. During the call, we will discuss your concerns as well as the next best steps to take to get your little one sleeping soundly.
Lullaby Bundle
1-hour phone consultation

The Lullaby Bundle is a one-hour phone consultation designed for parents who are confident to implement new strategies at home but need a structured plan to get started.
Toddler Bundle
2-3 hour in-home consultation
$450 including GST
This toddler-tailored bundle is designed to help you and your child navigate the terrible twos and beyond with quality sleep.
Based on your fully-customised sleep plan, during the consultation we will walk you through winding down exercises, settling techniques as well as feeding schedules. We also introduce sleep manner techniques to encourage a positive bedtime routine and association with sleep. By introducing structure to your nighttime routine, your child will learn to enjoy sleeping in their own bed and feel comfortable staying there from lights out till morning.
Sweet Dreams Bundle
2 hour in-home consultation
$450 including GST
Sweet Dreams provides you with 2-hours of in-home hands-on support to discuss and practice elements of your child’s personalised sleep plan. During your child’s regular daytime nap, we will demonstrate settling techniques and guide you through resettling if your child wakes early.
Hushabye Bundle
5-hour in-home evening consultation
$600 including GST
The Hushabye Bundle is a five-hour in-home service and is available from 5 pm to 10 pm. It is specially designed for parents struggling with restlessness or unease at bedtime. The additional time provides more opportunity for our team to understand your situation and address specific concerns as they arise.
Rock-A-Bye Baby Bundle
10-hour in-home consultation
$900 including GST
To give you rest and relief during the day, our Rock-A-Bye Baby Bundle provides you with ten hours of in-home one-on-one support and care. As well as soothing your baby, the additional time with our certified sleep consultant allows you to rest and feel rejuvenated too.
Deep Sleep Bundle
14-hour overnight consultation
$1,400 including GST
The Deep Sleep Bundle is a 14-hour all-inclusive overnight package that provides you with extensive support and relief. During the consultation we will help to identify and discuss the pain points in your nighttime routine and alleviate them through certified techniques and practices.
Our certified sleep trainer starts by better understanding the challenges unique to your family and creates a personalised sleep plan that accommodates these different factors.
During the consultation, we will guide you through your chosen resettling technique, talk about feeding times and your child’s sleeping environment, assist with bedtime through winding down exercises and provide hands-on support during re-settling and feeding throughout the night.
To ensure you are feeling confident in establishing and continuing the routine, following the consultation we provide a four-week follow-up phone call along with various resources and informational guides to assist you along the way.
